Bulk Delivery

 At Mazzega’s Landscaping Supplies, we are dedicated to ensuring your orders are delivered promptly. Once you place your order or on the specified delivery date, our team will reach out to confirm your final delivery window. We strive to complete deliveries within a four-hour window from Monday to Saturday during our regular business hours. Please be aware that delivery times may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our driver will notify you of the approximate estimated time of arrival (ETA) when departing from our yard.

 As a locally owned and operated business, we are committed to delivering your products efficiently and in excellent condition.

 Important Notes:

- Our delivery responsibility ends at the curb. While we take great care when entering your property, we do not accept liability for any potential damage.

- Our drivers may request you to sign a waiver at the time of delivery if they assess that the delivery area is unsafe or if there is a risk of damage. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if the conditions are deemed unsafe or difficult. In such cases, a 20% restocking and delivery fees will apply and will be the buyer's responsibility.

- The minimum required clearance for delivery is 3.5 meters in width, 3 meters in height, and 4.5 meters in tipping clearance.

Small Item Delivery

For small items, we offer a non-direct budget delivery service. Items will be placed in your garage, carport, or front veranda/porch. Delivery is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The specific delivery day will be confirmed at the time of order or the next business day. Please note that we cannot provide specific delivery times; deliveries may occur between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the scheduled day.

Postage Delivery

Postage deliveries are handled by external contractors such as Australia Post, TNT, and others. Delivery times can range from 3 to 10 days under normal circumstances. Mazzega’s Landscaping Supplies does not guarantee or warrant specific delivery lead times.
