Delivery

Internet orders where possible are delivered the next business day. On placement of order, or date as you specified at time of purchase. Our team will contact you to confirm final delivery window. We will strive to deliver within a four (4) window Monday to Sunday during our normal opening times, however time to time due to unforeseen circumstances this may be subject to change.

Being locally owned and operated we will always try our best to work with you on getting your product(s) to you at fast, in great condition and ready to use.

Please be aware our responsibility ends at the curb. on entering your property all care is taken, however no responsibility taken. A wavier may be asked to be signed at time of delivery, if our drivers feel that it is unsafe or risk of damage. Min Clarence 3.5m Width x 3m high x 4.5m tipping clearance is required.

Click & Collect

On arrival please let staff member know you are in store for click and collect.

Please provide your proof of purchase e.g. Your receipt.

All internet orders must be paid before pick up.

Pick up for internet orders require a minim of two hour notice during our opening hours.

Our team will contact you when order has been received and will estimate a time that it will be ready to collect.

COVID-19 Precautions.

We offer contact free pick up. Please inform our staff either by noting special instructions at time of purchase all call the store on 6946-0111 and will arrange for contact free loading in to your car or trailer.

Return Policy

Please choose carefully.

Under Australian consumer law, We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
Refunds are only given back on credit card details provided at time of purchase and are at the sole discretion of management. Under no circumstance are cash refunds given through our online store.

Please note a $25 admin or 15% of value of item which ever is greater fee may be charged for all refunds or products returned due to change of mind and prior to pick up or loading you delivery . This is at discretion of management.
