Shipping & Payment Information

Bulk Delivery

We strive to deliver your internet orders as quickly as possible. Upon placing your order, or on the date specified at the time of purchase, our team will contact you to confirm the final delivery window. We aim to deliver within a four-hour window from Monday to Sunday during our normal business hours. However, please note that delivery times may occasionally change due to unforeseen circumstances.

As a locally owned and operated business, we are committed to working with you to ensure your products are delivered swiftly, in excellent condition, and ready for use.

Please note:

  • Our delivery responsibility ends at the curb. While we exercise the utmost care when entering your property, we do not accept liability for any damage.
  • Our drivers may request you to sign a waiver at the time of delivery if they believe it is unsafe or there is a risk of damage.
  • The minimum clearance required for delivery is 3.5m in width, 3m in height, and 4.5m tipping clearance.

Click & Collect

For your convenience, we offer a Click & Collect service. Here’s how it works:

  • On arrival, inform a staff member that you are here for Click & Collect.
  • Please provide your proof of purchase, such as your receipt.
  • All internet orders must be paid for in advance of collection.
  • Please provide a minimum of two hours' notice during our opening hours for order pick-up.
  • Our team will contact you once your order has been received and will estimate a time when it will be ready for collection.

COVID-19 Precautions: We offer contact-free pick-up for your safety and convenience. To arrange this, please indicate your preference in the special instructions at the time of purchase or call the store on 6946-0111. We will ensure that your items are loaded into your car or trailer without any direct contact.

Return Policy

Please choose carefully. Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Refunds are processed only to the credit card used at the time of purchase and are at the discretion of management. Cash refunds are not provided through our online store.

Important Points:

  • Keep your proof of purchase, such as your receipt, for any returns or exchanges.
  • A $25 administration fee or 15% of the item’s value, whichever is greater, may be charged for refunds or returned products due to a change of mind, provided the request is made before pick-up or delivery loading. This is at the discretion of management.

Privacy Policy
